Capacity Building and Training Specialist :
Education and Expertise
- Master’s degree in social sciences or subjects specifically relevant such as Rural Development Studies, Economics and Business Studies
- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience and proven track record of competence in training needs assessments, training evaluation, performance evaluation tools, planning, program reporting and development (experience criteria for highly qualified candidates can be relaxed)
Skills and Training
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent in co-ordination, report writing , evaluations, conducting capacity building trainings, developing modules and manuals
- Ability and interest to work with a multi-cultural teams
- Strong knowledge of computers and software (MS Word, Power point and MS Excel)
