Field Surveyor/Enumerator:

Education and Expertise

• A minimum of Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Management or other relevant fields
• At least 2 years of relevant experience of working in the field.

Skills and Training

• Excellent Communication and Interviewing Skills
• Needs to have knowledge of the project/ project area/ project interventions
• He/she should be a good team player
• Flexible and adaptable
• Prepared to work evenings and weekends
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Urdu
• Proficiency in Pashtu is a must
